Genin

A Genin is a low ranked ninja who has graduated from the their home village's Ninja Academy. The rank is directly above Academy Student, and directly below Chunin. In order to become a Genin you must progress through the games tutorial and complete the Genin Exam. Once given a graduation slip, you may exchange it for a Forehead Protector.

Becoming a Genin is an important step in a Ninja's journey, In order to progress beyond this step however a Genin must train diligently to qualify for the Chunin Exams, or to achieve an appointment as a Specialized Jonin.
