The Wind Scythe Technique is a Technique of the Wind Mastery, which allows the caster to create a wind-based blade-like projectile that moves up to 9 tiles and damages any target on contact causing them to bleed. This technique has a cast time of 1 second and allows the caster to use it while in motion. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Wind Mastery
• have a minimum of 25 intellect
• have a level of 15 or above

This technique scales with the Intellect statistic.
